General Terms and Conditions – Artwork Creations

1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries of Artwork Creations, unless agreed otherwise in writing. The applicability of any general (purchase)
conditions of the client is expressly excluded.

2. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal (B2B)
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers (private
customers). For business purchases (B2B), this right of withdrawal does not apply and no
right of return can be claimed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT (unless stated otherwise) and exclude shipping costs. Invoices must
be paid within 14 days from the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Delivery and Transfer of Risk
Delivery shall take place at the agreed delivery address. The risk of loss or damage transfers
to the client at the moment of delivery.

5. Retention of Title
All delivered products remain the property of Artwork Creations until full payment has been
received.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, texts and other creations remain the intellectual property of Artwork
Creations and may not be reproduced, shared or used without prior written consent.

7. Liability
Artwork Creations shall not be liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of
profit. Liability is at all times limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order.

8. Governing Law and Disputes
All legal relationships are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
